How is MarCo different from a SEMrush / Ahrefs report?

SEMrush and Ahrefs tell you about search. MarCo audits the whole marketing operating system — content velocity, attribution, AI assistant visibility, approval workflow lag, cost per AI workflow. Roughly half the 30 metrics aren't visible to SEO tools.

If you're already paying for SEMrush, MarCo plugs into it; we don't replace it.

Do you build the fixes, or do we?

You choose. The benchmark ships a buildable operating-system spec. Your internal team can pick it up; or our build partner; or we run it. Step 2 (Deploy) pricing covers either path — same fixed envelope.

What if the benchmark doesn't find anything meaningful?

If we can't surface at least one fix worth the benchmark fee, we credit the engagement against Step 2. We've run the framework across enough engagements that this hasn't yet happened — but the guarantee is there in writing.

Who has access to my marketing data?

Read-only, scoped, revocable. Pull-only — we never write to your stack. Anonymised cohort signals are derived (e.g. "median CPL across 30 similar SaaS companies"); your raw data never leaves your environment beyond what's needed to run the 30-metric scorecard.
