Welcome to Ordumo ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an AI platform featuring specialized expertise layers including QuantSage, MarCo, Peddl, Lumina, and other expertise layers we may introduce. By accessing or using our platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

                    Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
                

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ordumo. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Ordumo is a multi-agent AI platform that provides specialized AI agents for various business domains:

2.1 Available Expertise Layers

QuantSage - Quantitative market analysis, stock screening, and data-driven insights
MarCo - Marketing optimization and audience analysis
Peddl - E-commerce intelligence and product research
Lumina - Operations insights and efficiency analysis

Additional expertise layers may be introduced over time. Each layer provides AI-powered data analysis and insights within its specialized domain.

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service or any AI agent with or without notice.

2.3 Not Professional Advice — No Trading or Brokerage Services

                    Disclaimer: Ordumo and its expertise layers provide data analysis and insights for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, medical, agricultural, marketing, or other professional advice.
                    
                    Ordumo does not provide trading services, brokerage services, or asset management of any kind. We do not execute trades, hold securities, manage portfolios, or act as a broker-dealer or investment advisor on behalf of any user. We do not manage money or make investment decisions for users.
                    
                    You should consult with qualified professionals before making important decisions in any domain. Any financial data, analysis, or screening results presented on the Platform reflect historical or current market data and do not constitute a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password
Accept all responsibility for activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Age Requirement

4.2 Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

Payment is processed through our secure payment provider (Stripe)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You will be charged on the same day each billing period
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. During the trial period:

You have full access to the selected plan's features
No payment is required during the trial period
Your payment method will be charged when the trial ends
You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

You retain access until the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time
Your account will downgrade to the Free plan after the billing period ends

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we increase your subscription price:

We will provide at least 30 days' notice before the change
The new price will apply to your next billing cycle
You may cancel your subscription to avoid the price increase

5. Acceptable Use Policy

                    Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
                

8.2 No Investment Advice — No Brokerage — No Trading Services

QuantSage and all other expertise layers on Ordumo provide data analysis tools for informational and educational purposes only. The Platform:

Does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice
Does not operate as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution
Does not execute trades, hold customer funds, or manage assets on behalf of users
Does not make buy, sell, or hold recommendations for any security

All screening results, analysis outputs, and AI-generated insights are based on historical and current market data and should not be interpreted as investment recommendations or solicitations. All investment decisions are made at your own risk. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from your use of the Service. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8.3 Third-Party Data

The Service may display data from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data and are not liable for any errors or omissions.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENTAITALENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ordumo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

You violate these Terms
Your payment method fails or your account is past due
We are required to do so by law
We decide to discontinue the Service

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to access the Service immediately ceases
We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
You remain liable for any outstanding fees or obligations
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Provide notice through the Service or via email
Give you at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ordumo regarding the Service.

11.5 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
